1. What this policy covers

This policy describes how Cradle Protocol (“Cradle,” “we,” “our”) handles personal information collected through the Cradle marketing site (cradlemarkets.com), including the waitlist signup form. The Marketplace, Issuer Console, and Launchpad each have their own product privacy notices governing the data collected during account creation, KYC/KYB, and on-chain activity.

2. Information we collect

• Email address. Submitted voluntarily through the waitlist signup form. We use this only to send product updates, launch announcements, and pilot invitations.
• Usage telemetry. Aggregated, anonymized data about how the site is used (page views, referrers, device type) collected via privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies.
• Server logs. Standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) retained briefly for security and operational purposes.

3. How we use information

• To respond to waitlist subscriptions and send the updates you signed up for.
• To improve the site's usability, performance, and content.
• To investigate and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
• To comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

4. How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it with third parties only in the following limited circumstances:

• With trusted service providers (e.g. our email delivery and hosting providers) bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations.

Waitlist email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Aggregated telemetry is retained for the period necessary to analyze usage trends. Server logs are retained for a short window for security and operational purposes.

The Cradle products are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
